Blinkers

Well everyone, one more day down. Sorry we have no picture....I did not take any pictures, and Christi is out with some friends at the bakery and has her camera with her. The bakery, as we have said before, is the best thing ever! I had my fill last night, but we told so many people about it that they wanted to go tonight. Since Christi did not get anything last night, she tagged along. I'll let ya'll know what she ended up with. My guess is that it's anything that has dark chocolate in it.

The day was pretty uneventful. We're getting pretty good at our Greek though! I finally had a gyro today. Verdict: not bad, not great. Ya'll know how picky I am about meat.....what I really need is a vegetarian gyro, then I'll be set. Yeah the chicken was different and we ended up feeding most of it to the stray cat. It wasn't terrible, but I don't know if I'll have another.

So, we got an invite out to this club tonight, called Blinkers, from some new friends. We met up with them in their room before and then headed that way. It was so much fun! We actually wanted to go dancing, but when nobody else showed up (it being a Wednesday and all) we just chatted with the crew. Everyone was so enthralled with southern life. It was funny. We actually talked about everything from religion to politics. We really got to know some new people and I think we're going to make some really good friends here. Turned out to be a great night.
